Klaipėdos City Municipality leads project coordination and management, drawing on its extensive experience in youth policy and civic engagement. It supports up to 24,000 young people through strategic programmes and a dedicated youth‐policy development budget. As a public body, it ensures strong links with local authorities and youth networks. Klaipėda spearheads WP 1 and oversees transnational meetings, financial reporting, and overall quality assurance. Its role is vital for embedding immersive youth work practices within municipal services.
Sirius – Center for Psychological Counselling, Education and Research (Croatia)
Sirius brings deep expertise in psychosocial support, non-formal education, and participatory youth projects since 2006. With a team of psychologists, social workers, and subject‐matter experts, it excels in developing and evaluating methodological guides. Sirius led the “VR not bullies” project, giving it hands-on VR curriculum design experience. In WP 2, it’s responsible for crafting the Qualification Model and ensuring pedagogical soundness. Sirius also manages pilot testing and qualitative feedback collection across partner countries.
S.C.P.SERV Limited – SCP Academy (Cyprus)
SCP Academy is an accredited vocational training center specializing in ICT and innovative technologies, including VR/AR, IoT, AI, and advanced LMS solutions. Under Sotiris Pafitis’s leadership, it has developed custom VR applications and no-code interactive platforms for both corporate and educational clients. In WP 3, SCP designs and builds the six immersive teaching and learning scenarios, integrating VR and 360° video tools. It also hosts the project LMS and provides technical support, ensuring platform stability and user training sessions.
Attīstības platforma YOU + (Latvia)
YOU + is the largest youth organisation in southwestern Latvia, with over 500 active members and a track record of 200+ local trainings and 30+ international projects. It specializes in non-formal mentoring, youth participation, and community mobilization. YOU + leads WP 4 on dissemination and promotion, leveraging its Eurodesk network and municipal partnerships to reach schools, NGOs, and policy forums. Its multilingual communication strategy ensures that project outputs gain maximum visibility and uptake across the Baltic region.
