The Methodological Guidebook developed under the Erasmus+ project “VR the Future” is a practical resource designed to help youth workers integrate digital technologies—especially Virtual Reality (VR) and 360° video—into their educational activities. It brings together research findings from Lithuania, Latvia, and Croatia, explains the principles of digital youth work, and provides clear examples, tools, and teaching/learning scenarios that support youth engagement, digital skills development, and innovative approaches in non-formal education. The guidebook serves as a comprehensive reference for organisations and educators who want to use immersive technologies to enhance learning and inclusion.

Work Package 3 focuses on creating practical teaching and learning scenarios that help educators and youth workers integrate 360° video and WebVR into real learning activities. These scenarios offer ready-to-use lesson structures, step-by-step guidance, and examples of immersive learning experiences that support creativity, engagement, and digital skill development. Each scenario is designed to be easy to implement across different educational settings and to demonstrate how VR can enhance participation, understanding, and experiential learning. The materials produced in WP3 are available for teachers, trainers, and organisations looking to adopt modern digital methods in their programmes. The 360 experiences can be found on the 360 scenarios section here
